AUMOVIO is underlining its ambition for a more agile and flexible corporate structure by transforming numerous IT infrastructure solutions into a cloud architecture. At the heart of this transformation is the migration of AUMOVIO’s SAP landscape, comprising software, infrastructure and services, to SAP’s cloud-based ERP (enterprise resource planning) system. AUMOVIO and SAP have entered into a long-term strategic partnership to accelerate innovation, enabling faster and organization-wide deployment of updates and AI-driven solutions.

The new cloud-hosted platform integrates core business applications, harmonizes data in real time across international locations and enables informed decision-making based on connected, contextualized information.
Enhanced supply chain transparency and continuous process optimization will future-proof operations, eliminate silos and reduce operational risks – all with the goal of sustainably improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. Migration of the first systems will begin later this year using a “lift-and-shift” approach, ensuring existing applications are transferred quickly and efficiently to the new cloud infrastructure without major changes.
